Study at Coffs Harbour, Gold Coast or Lismore. International intakes include March and June, subject to campus and place availability. January entry is restricted to eligible graduates of SCU’s Diploma of Health and Human Sciences (Nursing specialisation).
Recognition of prior learning / credit is available, subject to individual assessment.
Tuition & placement costs
AUD 27,000 per year — indicative 2027 tuition. SCU’s published 2026 annual rate is AUD 26,000. Fees are subject to annual increases and your offer’s terms.
Budget separately for living expenses, visa costs, health cover and placement-related travel and accommodation. Clinical placements may be local, regional or remote; a local placement is not guaranteed.
English requirements & your conditional offer
Students preparing for an English test may be considered for a conditional offer. SCU assesses each application; an offer is not guaranteed.
IELTS Academic: overall 7.0, with Listening 7.0, Reading 7.0, Speaking 7.0 and Writing 6.5. SCU also accepts approved PTE Academic, OET, TOEFL iBT and Cambridge results. Required scores and test-date rules vary; ask Mates Cebu to check the current requirements.
Outstanding conditions may include English results, Genuine Student assessment, supporting documents, university declarations and other admission requirements.
A conditional offer is not a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE). You must satisfy the outstanding conditions and receive SCU approval before a CoE can be issued. A visa is subject to a separate assessment.
Clinical experience & professional registration
Build practical skills through approximately 840 hours of supervised Work Integrated Learning across primary, secondary and tertiary healthcare settings.
The course is accredited by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia. Graduates may apply for registration through AHPRA, subject to the applicable registration requirements. Graduation does not guarantee registration or employment.
