Initial assessment privacy notice

We ask for your contact details, date of birth, educational and work background, study, skilled migration or visitor travel plans, accompanying family members and child ages, tuition budgets, broad funding and sponsor information, financial readiness, itinerary, home ties, skills and English evidence, and relevant visa history so our assessment team can review your inquiry and contact you.

Your inquiry and account

With your agreement, Mates Cebu uses this information to create your Client portal profile, review your selected assessment, request clarification and coordinate your consultation. Study and funding answers are structured for future program matching and indicative cost planning; this form does not currently produce automated program recommendations or financial-capacity estimates. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to marketing emails and does not determine your admission or visa eligibility.

Who can access it

Your assessment is available to you after email verification and to MATES staff who have been given assessment-team access. The public marketing website does not display your answers. Our hosting and authentication providers process the information needed to operate the service. Supabase handles email verification; Sites hosting stores inquiry records; the configured email provider delivers account or notification messages.

Your study plan after consultation

The team can prepare a private draft and publish a reviewed program recommendation and estimated fee breakdown to your account. Published versions and PDF copies are stored with your inquiry. A notification email includes an account link and the PDF attachment, sent to your verified account email. Your team can see when you mark a plan as reviewed. This does not authorize a payment or start an application.

Skilled assessment documents

After submitting a skilled assessment, you may upload a detailed CV and Transcript of Records through the private document section. We store the files and their upload history with your inquiry for you and authorized MATES staff to review. Provide relevant qualifications and work history only. Documents are not displayed publicly or automatically attached to notification emails. Earlier copies are retained with the inquiry; contact us to request correction or deletion.

What to leave out

Do not put passport numbers, bank account numbers, detailed medical records or document scans in the questionnaire text. Use the designated private section for your CV and TOR. An adviser will explain how to provide any documents that are later required. If you are under 18, complete the assessment with a parent or guardian.

Your choices

You can review your submitted answers in your Client portal. To request a correction, a copy, deletion of your inquiry or withdrawal of consent, contact info@matescebu.com. Your team will discuss the request and any information that still needs to be retained.

Before submitting

Unsubmitted answers remain in your current tab and are not saved as an assessment. Sample previews never create accounts, send assessments or email the team. Online submissions remain off until the account and notification services are configured.
